Jungle Adventures - BTDT - Attractions

This is a perfect example of 'don’t judge a book by it’s cover'. This place is like a smaller, more run down version of Gator Land but it actually brought it more to life for me. They had a swamp ride which was included. It was on an old rickety boat that looked like it was on it’s last leg which made it like a thrill ride. They included an animal encounter where our tour guide explained a few animals while he let each person hold it. It was my first time holding some of these creatures which was very cool. One of the things I liked most about Jungle Adventure was how much our guide cared for the animals. He was so loving and careful with each of them. He let us watch as he fed the Florida Panthers as he explained how they are becoming extinct due to loss of habitat. He got so emotional, you could tell it wasn’t an act. That really stood out to me.
