Nature - State, National Parks and Beaches

This section is where you will find pictures and stories from the adventures in nature we have done. I will have pictures from some of the beaches here in Florida, from canoeing at some of the parks, and of coarse hikes we have been on. After years of going to the big theme parks, it was time for us to find out what else Florida offers and we had a good surprise. There are so many state parks with so many animals and ecosystems it is amazing. We have a state park right down the street from our house that we had driven by 100 times and never knew it was there until we started doing some research. After being involved with the sport for a few weeks, we had heard Sandra Friend’s name mentioned everywhere.
